The Juilliard Store is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 30-day return window for all premium fashion apparel and accessories. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated during the initiation phase and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
